The Gigmaster range of products was introduced during the summer of 2005, in response to demands from those musicians wanting authentic vintage equipment- and the ease of transportation.
Our first product was the Gigmaster Portable Tonewheel organ and split Leslie cabinet- which was constructed from a refurbished Hammond L100 and Leslie 760 Rotary cabinet.
Since 2005; the Gigmaster Range has increased to include:
- - Portable rotary cabinet; based on the cherished Fender Vibratone and Leslie 18 speaker cabinets.
Our cabinets are available in stock black vinyl covering, but can be covered to your requirements.
With this cabinet being aimed at the Guitarist- an amplifier comes seperate.
- - we can convert most Hammond Tonewheel organs to something more portable for the gigging musician. Our conversions are based around the Hammond B, C, L, M, and T range of organs. Though other models can be converted.
- While Hammond Organs can be made available*, we also offer a service to take in and overhaul Tonewheel organs- and modify them to match our popular Gigmaster Tonewheel Organs.
- Portable Rotary Cabinet - again can be made available*, we can construct high power transportable Leslie style rotary cabinets- not only just connect to an Organ, but Keyboards, Guitars and more or less any other electronic musical equipment. Our rotary cabinets all use Valve amplification- based on the Leslie 145 & 147 amplifier- however these can be adapted to also replace a Leslie 122 amplifier. Numerous sizes are available- starting with the small Tremsound, up to the large High-Power model- boasting a seperate box for horns, and a box for the cone and amplifier.
- Custom switchers and Fitting Kits - available as 'off the shelf' or available tailored to your requirements. We can design and build adapters, pre-amplifiers & signal routers to suit most applications- whether it be coupling a particular amplifer to a keyboard, or a specialised effect and effects loop circuit.
